The chart contains optotypes ranging from 50M to 1M in size.

The largest optotypes, labeled as 50M, correspond to a visual acuity of 20/1000, 6/300, or 0.02 when viewed from a distance of one meter.

Conversely, the smallest optotypes, labeled as 1M, correspond to a visual acuity of 20/20, 6/6, or 1.0 at the same one-meter distance.

The test includes a one-meter cord to ensure the correct testing distance is maintained during examination.
